the angle on this building looked really nice from my apartment, so i wanted to take a picture of it.

i really, really love the infected/lampert sticker that i have on my DS :) it makes me really happy

i was trying really hard to line up the edges of the camera with the painted lines.

a jet was flying past, and i got to learn exactly how close this camera can zoom!

there's something really ethereal to me about the floors and lighting going on here.

it always makes me so happy when my friends play along with my nonsense. abby is always so mean to herself, but i think she honestly looks really pretty in this picture.

it's a lot of fun exploring from my bedroom window

i've always been really entranced with traffic lights. they hold so much power...

a plane was flying overhead, though, and i whipped my head up to try to catch this shot!

it took me a lot of tries to figure out how to take good pictures at night, but this one was worth the effort.

i was really high on acid and having a really great time talking to people on irc and i just really wanted to memorialize it with a picture of my computer screen

the people on irc are really, really awesome. rgb, i hope you see this, and i hope you know exactly how much joy this brought me :)

i'm starting to learn a bit how to focus the camera, but there's something special about these smudgy, hazy pictures

and the sunrise to round out the trip... i love the surreal smear that i managed to catch on this picture

i decided to wander around the city, and i was really appreciating the way these struts made my eyes bend while i stared at them and paced back and forth.

maybe it was dangerous, but i could've sworn i felt my hairs standing on end... worth it >:D

light pollution sucks, but i do like to think of city lights as if they're little manmade stars on earth

i really like getting to watch city life going on around me.

i had to retake this one a few times - i really wanted the juxtaposition of the guy crossing the street directly next to the street crossing sign :)

there are so many buildings in denver, and i don't mind - all the windows on and off make me feel happy inside.
