some of my roommate's belongings on the windowsill.
i thought they looked cute.
the angle on this building looked really nice from my apartment, so i wanted to take a picture of it.
the awesome mural of bluecifer at my favorite bar in denver
i passed naomi the camera to take a picture of me, and i think she did a really good job :)
and then we flipped it back around! i've always loved this faux-greenery decoration at icehouse, and i thought it would look really pretty next to naomi
i like this shot a lot better though, her smile is so sweet
and we passed it back and forth for a while. i really like this picture naomi took of me. anyone who knows me can absolutely identify this look on my face: "kepler is going off about some bullshit" as per usual
who doesn't like a tasteful smoke-cloud-fogging-the-face aesthetic shot?
this one is also really nice, though. it feels really relaxed and i love the patterning on the building behind me :)
...
...i don't think comment is necessary :)
a plane was flying overhead, though, and i whipped my head up to try to catch this shot!
it took me a lot of tries to figure out how to take good pictures at night, but this one was worth the effort.
i was really high on acid and having a really great time talking to people on irc and i just really wanted to memorialize it with a picture of my computer screen
and the sunrise to round out the trip... i love the surreal smear that i managed to catch on this picture
i decided to wander around the city, and i was really appreciating the way these struts made my eyes bend while i stared at them and paced back and forth.
maybe it was dangerous, but i could've sworn i felt my hairs standing on end... worth it >:D
i had to retake this one a few times - i really wanted the juxtaposition of the guy crossing the street directly next to the street crossing sign :)
the pattern of shadows and lights on this building were really fascinating. they still are.
i swear, these posters have been up near my apartment for the whole time i've lived here...
...but these look kind of different. i've seen them be layered up and torn down over the months.
and of course, everyone loves the little white man
